Users wishing to delete their personal data can do so through the following methods:

App: Directly delete your data by navigating to Menu > Account > Delete Account in the Emergency App Ultra.

Email: Send a data deletion request to our support email at yourpartnerapp@gmail.com. Please include your account information for verification purposes.

2.2 Verification
To ensure security and privacy, we will verify the identity of the individual making the request before proceeding with data deletion. This may include confirming your account details or other identifying information.

3. Data Deletion Process
3.1 Timeline
Upon receiving and verifying your request, we will process the data deletion within 30 days. The timeline may vary depending on the nature and volume of the request, but we will make every effort to complete the process promptly.

3.2 Scope
The deletion process includes removing personal data such as your username, phone number, and any other identifiable information from our active databases. However, please note:

Messages and Media: Any encrypted messages, media, and files that were stored temporarily on our servers for delivery purposes will be deleted permanently upon account deletion.

Non-Personal Data: Non-personal data that has been anonymized for analytics and improvement purposes may be retained, as this data cannot be linked back to you.

4. Exceptions
4.1 Legal Requirements
In certain circumstances, legal obligations may require us to retain some data for a specific period, even after a deletion request has been made. This may include situations where data must be preserved to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or legal processes.

4.2 Backup Systems
Data may exist in backup systems for a short period following deletion from our active databases. This data will be permanently deleted as part of the scheduled deletion process for our backups.
