Welcome to the Emergency App Ultra, a personal safety and communication platform designed as a hobby project. Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Emergency App Ultra ("App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge and agree that you have no rights or privileges with respect to the App or its developer. The App is provided strictly on an "as-is" basis, and your use of the App is entirely at your own risk. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

The App provides features such as location sharing, voice and video calling, messaging, siren alerts, and safety manuals ("Services"). The developer makes no guarantees or promises regarding the functionality, availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Services. The App is provided as a hobby project, and the developer assumes no responsibility for any outcomes related to its use.

3. Registration
You must register for our Services with accurate information and provide your current mobile number. You agree to receive SMS and phone calls (from us or our third-party providers) with a code to register for our Services. Registration does not grant you any rights or privileges beyond those explicitly stated in these Terms.

4. Address Book
You may provide us with phone numbers from your mobile address book, including those who use our Services and your other contacts, via the Contact Upload feature. You acknowledge that you do so at your own risk, and the developer is not responsible for any misuse or issues arising from the provision of such information.

5. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the App does not violate any applicable laws or regulations. The developer is not responsible for any legal issues or consequences that arise from your use of the App.

6. Devices and Software
To use our Services, you must arrange for certain devices, software, and data connections that we do not provide. You agree to download and install updates to our Services, either manually or automatically, as necessary. The developer expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The developer does not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

• The results that may be obtained from the use of the App will be accurate or reliable.

• Any errors in the App will be corrected.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developer or any of its affiliates, employees, agents, or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• The use or the inability to use the App.

• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.

• Statements or conduct of any third party on the App.

• Any other matter relating to the App.

• You agree that your use of the App is entirely at your own risk, and you assume full responsibility for any damage or loss that results from your use of the App.

13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the developer and its affiliates, employees, agents, and partners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App. This includes but is not limited to any violations of these Terms or any claims arising from your use of the App.

14. Modifications to the App and Terms
The developer reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the App or any part thereof with or without notice. The developer also reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. The developer is not liable for any consequences that may result from modifications to the App or these Terms.

15. Termination
The developer may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You agree that the developer is not liable for any damage or loss caused by the termination or suspension of your access to the App.

16. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share your information. The developer makes no guarantees regarding the security of your data and is not liable for any breaches that may occur.

17. Age Restrictions
You must be at least 18 years of age to register for and use our Services (or be of sufficient age in your country or region to register for and use our Services without parental consent). If you are not of sufficient age to have the authority to agree to our Terms in your country or region, your parent or guardian must agree to our Terms on your behalf. The developer is not responsible for any issues arising from underage use of the App.

18. Force Majeure
The developer shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms if such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, natural disasters, or internet service failures.

19. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. All disputes are subject to Gurgaon, India Jurisdiction only.
